Shipping Policy

All Haus of Tyrol products are made to order. This means your item is produced especially for you after you place your order, so please allow a little extra time compared to standard retail.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. During busy periods this may take a little longer, but we'll always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
